ESIC Model Hospital, Bharat Nagar, Ludhiana is a 300 bedded hospital run directly by Employees State Insurance Corporation under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.

Ludhiana is the largest city of Punjab and the industrial hub specialising in manufacture of woolens, cycles, blankets etc. Being an industrial town, it has a high concentration of Insured persons, who are the beneficiaries of ESIC Scheme. 

ESIC Model hospital, Ludhiana caters to 27 ESIS Dispensaries located in Ludhiana District. The hospital caters to approximately 4,32,000 Insured Persons and almost 16 lakh beneficiaries.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
